I continue to be amazed at the number of companies who, in all good faith, have bought an Occupational Health & Safety Management System from a management company, in the belief that they have spent £thousands to get a system which is fully legally compliant, & will keep them out of trouble if they have a work related accident to employee, contractor or member of the public.
In fact if they look inside the box file, it is full of instructions on what they have to do to make it legally compliant.
Don’t buy off the shelf systems which are an empty box.
